Over the past two decades, I've followed a passion for helping people and organizations grow — whether that's been leading school districts, shaping content and UX strategies, or coaching teams through change. Along the way, I've learned that real progress happens when we keep people at the center of every decision. I'm also a proud dad to two incredible adult children, who remind me every day why this work matters. When I'm not collaborating with clients, you'll probably find me running through the woods, lost in a great book, or battling my way through the New York Times crossword.
